[PHP-INSTALL] strange error

i install php 4.3.4 on windows XP but the php.exe is compiled by my friend and when i try to read session, i got error but the session is there on the dir of PHP.INI. i dont know what i can do someone got this error too?     ps.: i intall PHP 4.3.4 equal that maquine in other machine with process equal i process on machine 1 and dont got this error!!
