A n00b question:

My LDAP server only understands simple authentication (no SASL). From
the command line, I always use "-x". What do I do to get phpLDAPadmin
to use simple authentication? When I try to authenticate now, I always
get "Bad username or password." I am using the rootdn and rootpw I
specified in my slapd.conf

TIA,
--johnt
