Ordinarily, you would get the raw diff (using the "raw" link on the
gitweb website), and use patch to apply it.

This patch is not against 1.2.0.1, but to a previous commit, so it may
not apply 100% cleanly. Since the changes are quite small, its probably
easier to either do them manually, or on the gitweb website, you can
download the raw files directly (click on the b/... filename, then click
on the "raw").
