I have 2 problems with phpldapadmin 1.2.0.4 on IIS6.0 windows 2003

1. I am trying to use phpldapadmin to modify user attributes in generic address 
book. When I click on "commit" I get the ff: error

Could not perform ldap_modify operation.
LDAP said: Server is unwilling to perform
Error number: 0x35 (LDAP_UNWILLING_TO_PERFORM)
Description: The LDAP server refused to perform the operation 

The second problem is:

I am trying to use phpldapadmin to load pictures for for users in AD. Each time 
I try i get the ff: error

The max file size configure in my php.ini file is 2M. The picture I am trying 
to load is just 48K
