I wouldn't advise a small firm for this one - you need someone with a lot of 
power.

After all you are trying to stop someone copying your wood box with a hole in 
it...

Which is a frivolous way of pointing out that this looks a very tough one to 
win IMO unless you have some patented ideas that are copied.
