I thought that too, but as you well know Guy, eventhough technically
speaking we are in Spring starting March/20th, in reality here in Canada and
Northern USA, by the end of March, Winter still is alive and well, In
Toronto, we don't even plant flowers outside until -usually- after Victoria
Day Holiday (May.21.2001), for goodness sake!!.......I know you Californians
already have the air conditioner at full speed before that (not this year I
guess due to the energy crisis), but I will be just starting to pack and
putting away my winter coat by then :-(

If I am not mistaken, people living in southern hemisphere cities don't get
as harsh weather as we in the "White North". End of April, beggining of May
is just about the start of the actual Spring weather for people living above
the 49th north parallel and at that time people in the Southern hemisphere
still in "actual" early Autum (pls correct me if I am wrong).

Having said all that, any day is a good day for pinholing!

Guillermo
