What's the target encoding used in plucker-build? Can I change it? The source .html in the utf-8 encoding, contains text on russian. My Palm device have russian font for display text in windows-1251.
Option --charset=windows-1251 is not helps- seems its only override _source_ text encoding. But I need to specify _target_ encoding.
