I seem to think that we created the Internet.  And now we want to give it to 
some global body?

A while back I seem to recall that there were some, for lack of a better word, 
sub-nets for sell for $100k.

I wonder if that is where we are headed.  Each country could have it's own 
sub-net and be part of the "Internet".
