If you always download the Subversion repository to the same 
directory, then just keep your configure options in a bash shell 
script. E.g.,

#!/bin/sn
svn export -q --force http://blah/blah/blah /your/build/directory
cd /your/build/directory
./configure \
   --option1=value1 \
   --with-option2
make
