you'll get in trouble with LUG even private server operators in cafe

your OS may be free but not the application
and also a copyright infringement for Ragnarok if you developed your own software
any form of tampering with the RO clien/server is liable to RA8792
plus the piracy thing hanging

good thing the russians released a counter strike ver 1.6 
offline/lan-based (no internet connection needed) version too, hehehe
