I'm not sure. But try going to the northbound side of the taft mrt station and go down the steps. Look for a jeep that says "Bicutan" or any Southbound Jeep for that matter. Just ask the driver to make a stop at the Magallanes area. If I remember right, the APC is just right after the Magallanes complex. Hth.
