socketwrapper watchdog timer expires when no data has "moved" through the transcode chain within about 15 (maybe longer) seconds.
The server.log seems to indicated that data has stopped arriving at transcode chain - more logging with timing is required to confirm this. However, there is something strange about your server.log - there are no timestamps on the entries - this is usually means the log conf file has been altered or corrupted.
