Help is your friend :-) You have probably moved your player to SqueezeNetwork using the "globe" icon. If you don't use SN anyway, the best way to get it back may be to log into your SN account on www.squeezenetwork.com, go to "players" and click "disconnect". If you play to use SN with iPeng, you can also register iPeng with SN (by selecting "SqueezeNetwork" und "Music Sources" on the screen that confused you).
You get to and from that screen by swiping left/right on the NowPlaying screen.
