Could you please elaborate on 'direct streamning'and how to disable this to make Last.fm work.? Last.fm looks alright over here (Synology 106 + latest Squeezecenter), it does everything, only no sound, no streaming. Has it something to do me living in the Netherlands, I read somewhere, that streaming was only possible in the US, UK and Germany.
