Hi, Createimg.log is only here for its date.
OK, the error is due to your PHP / Mapserver compilation. Does Mapserver CGI write PNG images? There are few different ways to use PNG ouput with MapServer (GD, AGG, maybe openGL, and differrents options). Maybe you should try with different drivers.
