If the wiki does not show any changes, means that it was not done
though the wiki. 

Most likely a web or ftp server problem. The spammer could be
adding these through direct/raw editing of the files.

SolutionSs

1. Check the logs of the server to tell you how this was done.
2. Check the file ownerships. All these files should be owned the
web server.
3. What's are the .htaccess [linux] settings.
4. Check the admin passwords. Time to change the password.
5. SSH [linux]? change the port to a higher value than 22...
...
