changes:
core:
- Childs didn't die() verbose in all cases, fixed (hopefully).
- Call close only on the RBL socket if it exists and is connect,
_obviously_ this was the reason for a silent death of childs.
Scoring:
- BAD_MX and BOGUS_MX sometimes computed and used twice - fixed.
Number formats:
- myrnd() subroutine implemented which should sanitize floating
point output. Unfortunately perl does not store/use floats in a
sane way.
