Hello all,

attached is a patch initially by Miloslav Trmač and revised by Akira Tagoh
that was provided to Fedora to fix the problem that help messages for
--help and --usage seem not translatable. There already was some i18n
support for autohelp in popt.c, but not in popthelp.c, where it actually
matters. See also https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=734434

May you please review that patch and - if suitable - apply it for the next
popt release? Thanks!
