Postfix will still generate bcc messages for emails to abc and def but
they won't actually get sent out.
this is why always_bcc is not handy here
in the above map only define what recipients would have bcc copy, not
with catch all, if anyone make always_bcc_exceptions it would be the
supported postfix way imho, so until then only keep bcc to known
recipients
using always_bcc and recipient_bcc_maps makes horrible results
