It seems it was the problem..
i added
masquerade_domains <http://www.postfix.org/postconf.5.html#masquerade_domains>
= hoerst.net
to main.cf and mail sent via mailx is sent asu...@domain.tld and it has also
both DKIM Signatures inside
(ed25519 and sha256 key)
So finally it works...

Well, that could be part of the problem, since the DKIM milters tend to
only sign mail for specific "From:" domains (overly strict domain
alignment limitation). So, you need "myorigin" to be set to the logical
email domain, rather than system the hostname.
You've also IIRC not posted your DKIM milter configuration settings, and
all settings and relevant logs should be reported after each change.
- $ postconf -nf
- $ postconf -Mf
- DKIM signer configuration
- logs of probe message delivery
