Catawba is similar to Fermi. We use a badge clip fed through a slot on the ED clip (the badge clips we use are blue instead of clear for FME purposes and we use blue on TLDs as well), and then the ED clip is attached to one side of the lanyard and the badge clip to the other. All of our EDs have the extra badge clip and the expectation is that workers use both clips.
