STP can procedurally set our laundry monitors up to no more than 70k dpm for an
alert and 350k dpm for alarm based on needs and management discretion; however,
we have two primary scenarios we use the laundry monitors for:

1) Free release - 5000 dpm

2) Acceptance of Unitech laundered PCs, booties, gloves, etc. for RCA use
- 15k dpm alert and 36k dpm alarm.
Both setpoints are with Tc-99.
