I've been tasked with doing an informal benchmark on Source Term Reduction (STR) programs including any applications you might have of NOREM equipment.
1) Could you share some of your STR program info? Any procedures, meeting protocols, assignments/expectations of STR team members, etc., to help us know what good looks like would be appreciated. 2) How did you sell your management and engineering teams on STR initiatives including getting NoRem equipment? 3) Any cost/benefit analysis you might have done for STR initiatives including NOREM. 4) What dose reduction did you anticipate or have you seen? How did you make your estimates and measure any benefits/improvements in dose or equipment performance? 5) What applications of NoRem do you have at your respective plants?
