It's here, https://github.com/zarifis/pox . The main idea is that
representations of topology entities are stored on the "Network Object
Model". (pox.lib.graph.nom).  You can run pox with "samples.topo" to start
the relevant components, and use graph.nom's API to ask questions about the
topology or update it etc.  Feel free to ping me for clarifications
