In OpenFlow, these values are known as "statistics". Have you read the relevant sections of the OpenFlow specification and the POX manual? If not, I'd suggest reading the following sections in the POX manual: "Statistics Events" "ofp_stats_request - Requesting statistics from switches" "Statistics Collector Example"
