In the next week or two, we plan to decommission the ProFTPD mirror network.
I'll send a followup e-mail once the necessary proftpd.org DNS entries have
been updated.

Many thanks to our mirrors for providing their bandwidth and disk space over
the years -- we appreciate it.

Looking at the administrative overhead and the size of our tarballs relative
to modern networks, we feel it makes the most sense to host all download
traffic ourselves, with a fallback mirror at http://proftpd.github.com/.
