The tutorial book refers to a component pin editor dialogue, yet does not tell how to get to it, nor does a search in help find this dialogue, how do you call this dialogue?

Edit the component (dbl-click assuming you don't have the "Double Click Runs Inspector" option checked). Then on bottom left of the dialog is an "Edit Pins..." button.
