On the day you open your meeting of insiders to discuss a Single World Government,

that the Global 2000 organization's World Constitution is a disastrous bungle at best,
guaranteed to produce a tyrannous dictatorship. The report also provides the
foundation
for a viable set of Constitutions which, combined, will guarantee the good government
of
Earth.
Please be advised that all members of your organization will now be judged on the
basis of
whether you continue to support a tyrannous dictatorship, or instead chose to support a
wise and just world government.
