Sorry, there were some mistakes in the cover letter regarding the
content of the patches. It should be as follows:

Patches 1 and 2 haven't been modified and focus on the MTU handling on
Media API.

Patch 3 fixes the same problem as before but has been moved forward.

Patch 4 handles the HFPGW case.

Patch 5 handles the A2DP case, making it more consistent with HFPGW.
