#383: HAL detect module cannot find ALSA card (hda-intel) on Thinkpad T61

 Hmm, there seems to be something wrong with your ALSA driver: we try to
 open the device under various names but nothing works:

 "alsa-util.c: Couldn't open PCM device front:0: Zły argument"

 "(alsa-lib)pcm_hw.c: Invalid value for card"

 "alsa-util.c: Error opening PCM device hw:0: Nie ma takiego pliku ani
 katalogu"

 I have no idea what language that is and what those messages mean. But I
 am pretty sure you have some ALSA problem here. Please make sure you run
 the newest ALSA client libraries with update date /etc/alsa/cards config
 files.
