#724: USB Soundcard (PSC805) only shows Stereo Input

I have a Philips PSC805 Aurilium, when I plug it in to the USB port the
Configuration tab in pavucontrol only shows Analog Stereo Input and Off as
options. This is a 5.1 output card, so that may be the cause of the
problems.
