[pwc] Kopete settings

Does Kopete have it's own means of setting brightness/contrast/hue etc. 
or does it go through something like setpwc?

Version 0.11.93 (0.12 Beta 2) (KDE 3.5.2-1.2.fc4) produces lousy 
pictures, and I can't adjust anything using the controls provided.
