Thanks, that was it, just upgrade. As I said, these forms are really cool:
- You can create a Swiki-tree - and then on page you first create normal links to new pages. - Then you change the (default)forms of that page in a survey-forms - students can do a survey on that page, just by creating a normal swiki-page with their name, say *Bill* - after the survey they can travel to the next page (can be the second part of the survey and so on - this way you do not need to put surveys at death-ends, very flexible!
