I am no longer maintaining the docs package, since the benefit is not
worth the cost. It's fairly easy to convert them to refs swikis. Here's
the procedure: 

Go to each of the respective folders in the swiki directory for the old 
docs swikis. Change the setup.xml (plain text file) so that the parent is 
set to refs, instead of docs. Finally, restart the server.
