The open source licenses of Qt do not say anything about commercial or non-commercial. The main issue of the GPL is that you have to give source code to everyone you give a binary, with the right to redistribute and modify it. The main additional clause of the QPL is that you have to give Troll Tech a copy of the software you develop with it.
