Dear all,
I have to show the electron density at two different positions in the
structure, wheree two residues are interacting.I have made the object.I load
the 2fofc.xplor.and given the isomesh m1,map1,1.0,(A.......),carve=2.0.I can
select either the whole chainA or a particular residue,it shows the Electron
density map.But,how can I get the density at two different residues which are
apart from each other coming closer in 3D structure,and interacting.
All suggestions are welcome.Thanx in advance.
