I have uploaded 3 versions of python: 2.7, 3.9, 3.10 (first time
release) as the PyPy7.3.12rc1 release candidate.

checksums: https://www.pypy.org/checksums.html (once the site regenerates)
I will be updating the https://downloads.python.org/pypy/versions.json
file so these can be used in github actions/azure CI after the weekend.
Please try these out and report any problems.
