I am well aware of that. But it *is* possible to have an installer named 4.1.0RC4 and if it is accepted just rename the file. LibreOffice does that. When the final RC is accepted, the file is simply renamed. This allows to have RC1, RC2, etc clearly identified instead of having to guess which RC you are downloading or if the server has a new version.
