Since I was the one confused, I would like to thank you for clearing this
up :)
One addition : Qgis hub is also the place to share the plugin source code,
using the "repository" option. I am not sure though if the repo linked with
a redmine project is only readable, or if users would be allowed to
push/pull through redmine
(in my company, we use redmine only to show the changesets of repositories.
We push and pull throuh ssh connections for better control and safety)
