I hope nobody's thinking about writing a single line of fuctional code before the design is finalised. I think weve all seen what that could lead to..
I hope that anybody wanting and having time to actually write something simply goes ahead and does it.
We may be building a good spec, but everybody will write it differently. And even having a good spec is no use when nobody can or wants to implement it.
