Best way is either install ProWesS (make a copy of your boot and let the program rip), or else you could simply have a look at the boot file on the disk. It should IIRC be quite well documented. Just cut off all the ProWesS loading stuff. Basically, once PROforma has been loaded, everything else after that can be removed.
However, some of the extensions loaded before executing PROforma are required (hot_rext, syslib etc).
