No, complaining vigorously won't ever get you anything with a volunteer force. Saying "hey, did you notice it doesn't work", might. BTW Dilwyn did this and probably triggered my review of the PE back then. But he's not what I call a user of the QDOS PE, he's a developer who wanted to check out whether his software works on it, just like Bob. No actual USER ever spoke up, that's what I meant.
