It seems like it's almost possible to use qooxdoo widgets in different
native windows while sharing a single copy of qooxdoo. In other words,
cross-window scripting with multiple instances of QxClientWindow.
However it currently justs uses the global (initial) scope when
attaching to a window. I wish it were as easy as instantiating a new
QxClientWindow(openedWindow) :) Has anyone gone down this path yet? Is
it possible?
No sorry. I haven't tried it yet. You idea is not that wrong. We have
had a "virtual" mode sometimes earlier in QxNativeWindow but it was
really slow. It just was not usable, especially for IE. It seems to
related to some security handling which slows down the execution.
