No there is nothing like this available yet. I think Til is working on
some rendering mechanics for listview cells. In my opinion this would
also easily allow to use own cell types like comboboxes and checkboxes.
The problem about real complex widgets as cell types is that it's really
hard to make them perform well. A combobox is much more complex than a
simple text. I think it's probably better to show them only if the user
click in the cell. I would do it the same way for simple editable text
cells.
