Hello Oliver, to install the addin follow the steps in this blog http://blogs.msdn.com/jim_glass/archive/2005/08/18/453218.aspx
after doing that adjust the path to the .dll file in the .addin file.

VS. The toolbox is no problem, to unzip the archive is no problem, but
i have never added a addin myself.. (shame on m e;-(
