As qooxdoo doesn't need prototype.js library for ajax transport, I
customized CQX code so it uses built-in qooxdoo transport classes only.
Development version of CQX demo is at http://cqx.100rk.org/trunk/
What's new? There is no xajax, prototype or other ajax-specialized
library and demo now contains 'Speed Meter' for measuring of server
response time.
