Thank you _very_ much for your help (again)!
Finally i could make it work.
Sometimes it's a little bit confusing for me to look up the needed thinks in
api.
Now the problem was that I setFocusedCell() on the scrollerPane but is
should be set on the table itself.
So the winner is...

var pane = table.getPaneScroller(0).getTablePane();
pane.activate();
tablee.setFocusedCell(3,0);
