I might not have made this clear enough last time, so let me amend this:
You cannot have two libraries with the same name space in one app - full
stop.
Particularly, you cannot use the qooxdoo framework library and another
custom library with the name space "qx". It will not work, and that's no
bug. "qx.ui.A" (or anything else for that matter) is a different name
space. It has nothing to do with traversing subdirectories.
