Mustafa, look, .po files are a compile time concept only. Once your application is built, they are not consulted anymore (You can tell by looking at a build version: no .po file gets copied over). At run time, only internal mappings from keys to message strings are used.
But you can add translation mappings at run time, just have a look at the locale Manager ([1], look at the addTranslation method). Once added, these mappings are then available with every this.tr() that references the new key in the application. T.
