Hi,
1) First I filed bug http://bugzilla.qooxdoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5600
about cell paddings.
Don't get the question here. ;) But I have already read the bug and added a
comment.
2) I have a table where I would like one of the columns to not have
the focus indicator. I can turn off the focus indicator for the whole
table (btw: this has the side effects that the table cells are no
longer editable, is that normal),
Yes, a known and unfortunate behavior because someone a long time ago decided
to put the editor in the focus indicator. Not the best idea but thats the way
it is currently.
but I am not sure it is possible to do this for a single column. Any ideas for
a workaround or a way to
achieve this?
As far as I know, thats not possible. Also don't know a workaround. The first
thing I would try is to check how that style is set and if its possible to
change the style of the indicator to an invisible style when the special column
is clicked.
3) The best would actually for me to turn off the focus indicator for
the whole table but still keep some cells editable... again, any ideas
for this since disabling the focus indicator also disables editing?
Styling is the key. Maybe you can find out how to remove the styling and thats
it.
4) I have a table with for instance 5 rows. If I select one row then
click on a button that has the effect of removing the row, I noticed
that the previous row is in a "strange state". It appears with a light
blue background but it's not the solid blue of the selection... and
indeed I think the table does not consider there is any selection set.
Yes, the selection should be gone.
What is this state?
Its a row focus. You should be able to use the keyboard to move that focus
right?
How can I theme it (I would like it to have no effect since it is not clear to
me what this represents).
Alex wrote recently a manual page [1] about the styling possibilities of the
table. That should give you a good start on how to continue.
Regards,
Martin
